I offer weekly private piano lessons to all ages and levels in my private studio in Alameda, CA. My goal as a piano teacher is to nurture the love of music in each student. My students will develop skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. Structured and Comprehensive Curriculum Building a solid musical foundation starts from the very first lesson. Individualized Lesson Plans Together with the student and parents, I establish short and long-term goals for each child depending on their level and interests. Through careful planning, I provide a clear structure for both the private instruction and the practice assignments at home. During my 20 years of teaching experience and extensive professional studies in piano pedagogy both in Europe and North America, I have been exposed to a great variety of different teaching methods. This wide knowledge and experience enables me to offer an individual approach for each student of any age or level. Creative Approach By taking advantage of technology, music games, improvisation, and composition activities on a regular basis, I help my students reach their full potential while having fun! Studio Events In addition to the studio recitals and 4 yearly group workshops, my students participate in the events organized by CAPMT (California Association of Professional Music teachers) as well as the assessments by the Royal Conservatory (RCM).
