PIANO LESSONS FOR BEGINNERS

I greatly enjoy teaching beginner students of different ages. This gives me a great opportunity to build a strong foundation from the early stages. It is so important to have a qualified and experienced teacher to teach beginners from the first lesson. Based on the age and the personality, I will decide on appropriate materials to be used for each student. In addition to music reading skills, I always make sure that the students get to be creative and expressive in their music making from very early on. This can be accomplished, for example, through improvisation and playing some pieces by rote. I use fun games to support learning and we play together on a regular basis. For very young beginners, I recommend starting with 30-minute lessons for the first year and then moving on to 45-minute lessons.
